It presented the usual philosophical sci-fi questions, questions such as, &#8220;What is life?&#8221; &#8220;What is the soul?&#8221; &#8220;What is free will?&#8221;, but also came up with some interesting unusual questions such as, &#8220;Are humans fit to exercise dominion over creation, including themselves?&#8221;<br \/>\nIt certainly had enough to keep the intellect busy and combined with faultless special effects this film is one of the best this year. Well worth seeing.<br \/>\nOh, and in case you were wondering, the three laws of robotics, according to <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Asimov\">Isaac Asimov<\/a>, are:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A robot may not harm a human or, by inaction, allow a human being to come to harm<\/li>\n<li>A robot must obey orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the first law<\/li>\n<li>A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the first or second law<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div style=\"display: none;\"><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/www.geraldyuen.me.uk\/distinctionjacket.php\" title=\" j dlxEc igbp\"> j dlxEc igbp<\/a><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Saw I-Robot this evening, what a cool film.
